1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IMI — the AI-Powered Immigration CV Analyzer operated by CK Orbits — including our web and mobile applications (the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides AI-assisted CV parsing, immigration eligibility scoring, scenario simulation, and recommendations for skilled-migration and work programs (for example in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, among others). The Platform is an informational and advisory tool only. It does not provide legal advice, does not represent or replace any government authority, and does not guarantee any visa, permit, or immigration outcome.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may require email verification before granting access to certain features.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

• provide accurate, truthful, and current information in your CVs and profiles;
• only upload documents and data that you own or are authorized to submit;
• not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
• not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its underlying systems; and
• not upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Decisions and results produced by the Platform depend on the data you provide.

5. AI-Generated Analysis & No Guarantee

Eligibility scores, probabilities, explanations, and recommendations are generated using automated processing and artificial intelligence based on the information you provide and on program rules that change over time. They are estimates only and may contain errors or omissions. They are not legal advice and are not a decision or endorsement by any immigration authority. You should independently verify any result and consult a qualified, licensed immigration professional before making decisions. IMI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any assessment.

6. Organization & Consultancy Accounts

If you use the Platform as, or on behalf of, an immigration consultancy or organization, the organization's administrators are responsible for managing member access and for the data they upload about their candidates. Organizations must have a lawful basis and appropriate consent to submit third-party data, and must use candidate information only for legitimate immigration-advisory purposes. Access to candidate records is restricted to authorized members of the same organization.

7. Subscriptions, Plans & Quotas

Access to certain features is subject to subscription plans and usage limits (for example, maximum number of users, CV uploads, and profile edits per cycle). Usage counters reset periodically according to your plan. Once a limit is reached, further actions may be blocked until the next cycle or until your plan is upgraded. We may modify plans, limits, and pricing, and we reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that exceed their limits or misuse the Platform.

8. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the CVs, documents, and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant IMI a limited license to store, process, and analyze Your Content solely to operate and provide the Platform to you, including sending it to the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. All rights in the Platform itself — including its software, design, branding, and the scoring and evaluation logic — belong to IMI and its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described there.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party providers (including AI parsing, cloud hosting, and email delivery services) to function. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services beyond our reasonable control, though we select providers with appropriate safeguards.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, or any decision made in reliance on its analysis. The AI explanations and probabilities are estimates based on available data and current rules and are not legal advice.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party, including through data you upload.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or exceed applicable limits. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time; deleting your account permanently removes your CVs and submissions from our active servers as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
